Surgery and International Medicine Coordinator

Hi I’m Noelia and am the go to person if you need to get something planned, organized, done with great attention to detail and fast. I work best with short deadlines, and under pressure, don’t ask me why. At OHNSG I schedule surgeries, help plan medical missions, work with the media and PR department, help revamp websites and anything else that may be needed in order to continue moving in a forward direction. 

My passion is to make a difference in people’s lives, and that may look different if we work together, are friends, family, etc. With patients, for example, I like to connect at a personal level and find a common ground. From that point on,  I am their advocate and will do everything I can to help during a stressful and scary time of their lives as is undergoing a surgical procedure. I like to make a human connection and let them know they are not alone in this journey.

When I’m not working with patients, coordinating a medical mission in another country, or scheduling an appearance for Dr. Osborne, I like running marathons, volunteering to coach kids’ Track and Field and Cross Country, and reading books. 

My biggest love and pride are my three kids; they are smart, loving, great athletes, brave and resilient. I love planning activities with them.
